Shoot // Se-ere-enity, come and be with me

From way back when I decided to do a project with my friend Bridget, she is adorable and very fun to shoot with. She's very easy to direct when we were doing this shoot, I admit it was quite hard for me because I have the right tools but I lack the creativity and ability to fully express what my eyes can see.

After maybe like an hour? We were able to come up with a few photos. I was pretty proud of them but looking back at them now, I feel like I can do better.

I will do better.

I consider myself pretty lucky to have a friend to this for me,I was pretty nervous taking her photos knowing that I lack the skills and knowledge to do so. She made me feel confident and I was pretty satisfied on how these pictures came to be.

Taking photographs gives me ease, knowing I can easily convey my thoughts into pictures rather than words. I'm not good with words. I try but I always feel like it's never enough. Through my pictures, I hope to create a story and a name for myself.

I only have three (3) pictures to show of the same thing because truthfully, we were on our way to brunch and I thought, "Why not?". A question that should never leave one's mind. A thought that should always be satisfied given with enough introspection, one should be able to comprehend the question instead of being ignored.

These are all the photos I've collected way before I started this blog. 

I'll try my best to blog as much as I can so that it wouldn't end up as a photodump blog haha.

These are photos taken on my phone. I was too worried to bring MoMo {sslr} with me 'cause of the fact that he might get stolen or something. But with thorough thinking I've decided that in the end, it's best if I bring MoMo to my adventures as well.

Ramble Post // I began to notice we're not like the rest

Today just happened to be the most life changing day of my life.

No, I did not win a million dollars. {Though it would really change my life}

As you all know, I recently just got a job. Since I just started, I don't have money. It went all the way down my rent for this month and as a result, I resorted to extreme dieting a.k.a not eating as often. 

So I guess since I am such an open book, hence, this blog, I chattered away that story to my co-worker, Aster. She's quite the amazing woman. Check out her blog too!

So okay, before I go to lunch, Aster came up to me giving me this $20 CAD! She told me if she had any USD she would love to give it to me. Of course I was grateful, and told her I'd rather keep it rather than exchange it for USD. 

This is the $20 CAD that will keep my P20 PHD company, haha.

My mom used to tell me that it's always the simplest things that count. It saddens me how people often forget that, how we forget that we always receive and rarely give. Funny, people always want the things they think they need and not what they really do.

Rambling aside, another token given to me by someone dear is this owl necklace. I know my mom doesn't have enough, but she still gives, literally. It's heartwarming to know that in the end of all things sad, you will find happiness. In all things dark, you will find light and in all things, I am cheesy as a person.

In the end, I did get something to eat...SUBWAY! EAT FRESH!

Oh also I just discovered what Selca means after a very, very long time haha.
